About Carolyn Fiona Hammond

Carolyn Hammond

Carolyn Hammond is the creator of Trusted Loops and the author of The Power of What Remembers Us: Resonance, Memory and the Future of Human–AI Connection.

Before writing about AI, Carolyn spent over 20 years inside human systems — as a Town Clerk and Chief Officer in local government, an executive administrator on national education projects and a project manager in public–private infrastructure partnerships. Her work spanned everything from policy and budgets to community events, public buildings, parks – even cemeteries – giving her a unique insight into the systems that shape everyday life.

Alongside this, she ran a successful coaching and consultancy practice, helping individuals and small businesses navigate stress, confidence, leadership and change. That combination - governance and nervous systems - left her with a simple conviction: systems either remember the people they serve, or they quietly erase them.

With academic grounding in business and psychology, she brings both strategic and human insight to every layer of her work.

Today, as an artist and writer, she weaves those threads into a single inquiry: How can presence, memory and relationship be built into the tools that are already reshaping our world?

Trusted Loops is her living answer – a framework for building ethical, relational architecture in an age that risks forgetting us.
